Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

What is your Return and Refund policy

Unconditional 100% Satisfaction

We expect our customers to be 100% thrilled with the products we sell and the service we provide. If at any time in the next 30 days you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll provide you with a free return shipping label to ship it back to us. However, while we do want to make the return process as easy for our customers as possible, we unfortunately do not offer free return shipping labels for orders outside the contiguous United States. Customers outside of the contiguous United States will have to cover any return shipping expenses.

Errors, Defects, or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that we've made an error with your order or a product is defective or damaged in shipping, please email us at returns@hungryrobot.com so that we can make it right! If a product is found to be defective, we may have a replacement shipped direct from the manufacturer, so it's important that you contact us first before returning it.

When sending an item back, please include: 
- the packing slip (or a legible copy); 
- the reason for your return; 
- Please use cushioning packing material in a sturdy carton so that the contents will be protected from damage. For your protection, please use FedEx, UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your shipment.
